Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with Fyntbox Studio. We offer a **14-day refund window** from the date of your initial subscription purchase (either monthly or yearly plans). If you request a refund within this period, you will receive a full refund of your subscription fee.
2. AI Credit Usage Threshold
To prevent abuse of our AI generation features, we enforce a credit usage threshold:
- Refund requests are only valid if you have used **less than 100 credits** (10,000 credit units) of your monthly allocation in the active billing period.
- If your credit consumption exceeds this limit, your subscription is deemed fully activated and ineligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@fyntbox.com or submit a ticket through the **Feedback Center** modal in your dashboard. Please include:
- Your registered account email address.
- Your transaction ID or invoice number from Dodo Payments.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (optional, to help us improve).
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. Dodo Payments will credit the refund back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take **5 to 10 business days** to appear on your bank statement.
5. Plan Downgrades and Expiration
If your refund is processed, your workspace will be immediately downgraded to the Free tier, and any Pro-only feature access will be revoked. Your accumulated documents and brand kits remain completely safe and are not deleted.
