Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you browse websites. Like most modern SaaS platforms, Fyntbox Studio uses cookies to facilitate secure login sessions, verify user identity, and save interface configurations.
2. Essential Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the core functionalities of the platform. Without them, secure authentication cannot operate:
- NextAuth Session Cookie: Holds encrypted JWT session tokens to verify who you are as you navigate between dashboard routes.
- CSRF Token Cookie: Prevents Cross-Site Request Forgery attacks by validating requests submitted via forms and backend APIs.
3. Preference and Local Storage
We use the browser's Local Storage and session cookies to cache visual preferences and state configurations locally, reducing database loading times:
- Active Workspace Cache: Stores your last selected workspace ID so you don't have to select it again when refreshing the page.
- Sidebar Collapse Cache: Remembers whether your sidebar is collapsed or expanded.
4. Third-Party Payment Integrations
Dodo Payments utilizes its own essential security and session cookies within the billing portal and checkout overlays to secure credit card inputs and verify payment state parameters.
5. How to Disable Cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your web browser settings. However, please note that doing so will sign you out and make the dashboard completely inaccessible, as session authentication requires cookie validation.
